Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled recruiter to join our international team in Lisbon/Porto. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying and onboarding exceptional talent from across Europe.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Managing the selection process, including phone and email contact, and updating the applications database
  • Analyzing candidate CVs and conducting pre-selection calls
  • Validating language skills, technical skills, and soft skills required
  • Preparing and executing selection activities
  • Coordinating relocation support for applicants and serving as their primary point of contact during the selection process
  • Presenting a final short-list of selected candidates after conducting interviews
  • Ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks

  • A 12-month contract with a 30-day trial period
  • Private health insurance from day one
  • A rotating schedule with 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8am-7pm
  • For international candidates: A relocation package with accommodation, flight reimbursement after six months, and assistance with paperwork
  • Without accommodation: A gross salary of €1,400 + meal allowance
  • With accommodation: A gross salary of €1,120 + meal allowance (only applicable for relocation package)
