Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Sales team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding of new clients and ensuring their smooth transition to our products and services.

About the Role
As a Project Manager in our Sales team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure client needs are met. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality projects within agreed timelines, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end projects for new clients, from project initiation to closure to meet quality standards of Tonic App, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope.
Coordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals, roles, and responsibilities to all stakeholders.
Refine project scope, objectives and deliverables, and define timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, implementing proactive measures to ensure successful project outcomes and renewal.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction and program success metrics and proactively addressing any concerns or issues.

Requirements
A pharmaceutical sciences, or related life sciences degree or experience in the healthcare sector (both preferred).
+2 years of experience in Project Management roles.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles and in enterprise client account and project management environment.
Strong customer success mindset with a bias for action ability to balance client goals and company outcomes.
Ability to understand and uncover underlying issues by asking questions to both internal and external stakeholders and thinking critically to discover solutions to unique issues.
Experience with project management tools (e.g.: ClickUp, Airtable, etc).
Strong communication and relationship building skills with clients, partners and internal teams.
Excellent prioritisation skills, ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
Passion for technology and its deployment in healthcare.
Native level proficiency in Spanish (mandatory) and good working proficiency level in English.
