The Role

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Research Operations Lead/ Clinical Trials Manager who will hold overall responsibility for the management of multiple projects and/or site activation personnel. As a leader, you will be required to manage in a manner that ensures all timeframes and targets are met, that quality, customer satisfaction, and costs are maintained, and that internal and external expectations are optimally managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and manage multiple projects and/or site activation personnel to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations, add value to our business, and meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership skills, developed with a collaborative approach to driving performance and success.
  • DIRECT experience in management, ideally with proven experience in the management of projects and/or staff in a global/multi-regional environment.
  • In-depth experience within Clinical Research with experience in a leadership role.
  • Significant leadership and well-developed managerial skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage, positively interact, and liaise successfully with all levels of staff at ICON, vendors, and clients.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
