In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to implement compliance strategies, ensure compliance policies and procedures are properly documented, implemented, and communicated, and develop and execute compliance monitoring programs to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in compliance, monitoring, audits, and investigations
  • Collaborate with GCO colleagues and other departments to implement effective compliance strategies
  • Ensure compliance policies and procedures are properly documented, implemented, and communicated
  • Develop and execute compliance monitoring programs to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Support internal audits to evaluate compliance controls and identify potential risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in compliance, law, accounting, finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in monitoring, auditing, or investigative processes (pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
  • Understanding of compliance topics in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries
