Nordea Asset Management is a leading provider of investment products in the Nordics. We manage the development, implementation, and management of our asset management product offering.
Our Back Office consists of five departments and approximately 50 people located in Copenhagen and Lisbon.
We are seeking a junior-level profile for the Backoffice Reconciliation team. The team is responsible for all operational matters on reconciliation – creating the foundation on which investment decisions, performance calculations, and accounting are based.
We reconcile cash and security transactions and activity from funds, institutional clients, and endowments, supporting documentation, and resolving any discrepancies that are discovered in the process.
Job Responsibilities
- Take ownership within a scope of activity with the daily operational tasks.
- Interact daily with both internal and external business units.
- Take an active part in developing efficient and scalable processes.
- Work with data and analysis.
Requirements
- You have 2 years' experience within the finance industry or accounting.
- You have a positive and self-guided approach to learning and acquiring new skills.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
- You can work structured and result-oriented, both in teams and individually.
- You have an interest in data/data analytics.
