Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Lisbon's city center. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing indirect category projects and statements of work in the LATAM and IBERIA business, adhering to established Procurement policies and guidelines.
- Working closely with Country Sourcing Managers and business leads, you will implement sourcing strategies and contracting needs. Your responsibilities will include understanding business requirements, identifying value opportunities through negotiation or competitive bidding, and owning sourcing and negotiations to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Degree and/or +4 years sourcing experience with good understanding of sourcing processes (tendering, supplier negotiations and contracting) across multiple indirect spend categories.
- Proficient in English, Portuguese and Spanish, both written and oral. Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and ability to help understand business goals.
