About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fraud Investigator to join our Global Investigative Services (GIS) team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for conducting investigations into potential insurance fraud cases, working closely with claims handlers to identify and mitigate risks.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with proficiency in Portuguese and a strong knowledge of Spanish and English. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with extensive experience in corporate/financial investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into potential insurance fraud cases
- Work closely with claims handlers to identify and mitigate risks
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with expert witnesses to review investigation results
- Provide training on fraud awareness and prevention to internal stakeholders
