Pricing and Database Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Pricing and Database Coordinator to join our team in Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service with a minimum of 1 year in a data maintenance role (Pricing).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handles customer database updates such as customer master data and pricelist maintenance;
  • Guarantees the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, targeting to eliminate pricing errors and ensure accurate communication to customers/clients;
  • Responsible for documenting and maintaining pricing processes;
  • Responds to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees as needed;
  • Effect promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories;
  • Ensures that prices and specific programs conform to the organization's pricing strategy;
  • Provides support for system upgrades and implementations related to pricing;
  • Administers and uploads exceptions for customers' price list from customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service with a minimum of 1 year in a data maintenance role (Pricing);
  • Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives;
  • Represents the company professionally, ethically, and morally at all times;
  • Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile preferred;
  • Excellent written communication in English + one other European language;
  • Basic Excel Skills.
