About the Role

You will lead and develop a remote team of approximately 40 researchers who identify various data related to Key People while following compliance and quality standards. Your key responsibilities include designing data production processes and driving process and technology improvements. You will be fully responsible for your team's performance (efficiency and quality).

To excel in this role, you should be highly motivated to lead and possess a 'can do' attitude. Results-oriented, analytical, methodical, and socially skilled individuals with excellent communication skills will thrive in this position.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of around 30+ researchers
  • Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
  • Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
  • Own your team's KPIs and its performance
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on process automation
  • Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously
  • Develop a positive team culture of high engagement, excellent quality, and fun

Requirements

  • University degree in a business-related field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, information systems, operations, and supply chain management)
  • Proven knowledge in business process design, management, and optimization
  • 1+ year working experience
  • Skilled with spreadsheets
  • Comfortable working remotely in an international environment

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
