Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate documentation of customer cases into the system.
  • Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and Technical Support issues through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and close help tickets.
