Job Description:

Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisors are sought after by our client for a Homebased role in Portugal. As a representative of the company, you will work from home, providing customer support in Russian and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have a native-level proficiency in Russian and a general interest in translations. Based in Portugal, they must hold an EU passport or a Portuguese Residence Card.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support in Russian
  • Assist with translations as needed
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues

Qualifications:

  • Native level Russian language proficiency
  • General interest in translations
  • Must be based in Portugal
  • EU passport or Portuguese Residence Card required

Contract Details:

The contract duration is initially 12 months. This role can only be performed from Portugal; relocation to Portugal is mandatory.
