Job Description

We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage Sales and Purchase Orders for our clients. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for booking sales orders within our system ERP, following up on work-in-progress orders, and clarifying order discrepancies with business units and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in German - minimum C2 level (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers)
  • Basic knowledge of English is required to communicate with Siemens delivery centers
  • SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI, SD) will be a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication skills (both orally and writing)
