About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at Essity. As a key member of our Global Digital & Business Services unit, you will play a critical role in driving our digital journey and delivering sustainable business value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, and develop comprehensive requirement specifications.
- Support the development of business cases and portfolio prioritization processes.
- Facilitate workshops and key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis.
- Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.
- Provide expert support for specific, approved local applications.
- Participate in national and international projects.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, management information systems, or related discipline.
- More than four years of experience in IT development and/or business analysis for Financial and Controlling area.
- Proven knowledge in SAP FICO processes, preferably S/4, in-depth knowledge in Product Costing and/or Accounting & Reporting.
- Specialization in Controlling modules, with a focus on product costing, actual costing, and profitability analysis (COPA).
- Proven track record in optimizing cost structures and implementing effective cost accounting strategies.
- Expertise in configuring and maintaining product costing processes, ensuring accurate and reliable cost information.
- Capability to drive improvements in financial reporting and analysis within the Controlling module.
- Experience with EDI and interfaces.
- Very good business process knowledge.
- Knowledge in interface modeling, process and information design.
- Experience in conceptional work and basic skills in project management.
- Good intercultural communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Ability to travel.
