Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to help shape our future product by creating a user-centric experience that reflects our mission. As a UX/UI Designer, you will drive the end-to-end design process, from ideation to refinement, ensuring every decision is rooted in user empathy and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the end-to-end process for solving UX/UI design problems: ideate, conceptualize, design, test, and refine.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand users' needs, pain points, and behaviors, translating insights into actionable design decisions.
- Ensure design decisions are user-focused and accessible, aligning with our goals of creating positive social and environmental impact.
- Produce high-quality design solutions through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes illustrating feature and function designs.
- Maintain and contribute to our Design System, bringing uniformity, scalability, and consistency across our product and platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably within the startup world.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, ideally Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
- Experience conducting user research and using findings to inform design decisions.
- Understanding of design systems and ability to scale design components efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Competitive salary range: €26,500 - €30,500 per year, including a food subsidy of €211 per month.
- 25.5 days of vacation, plus 3.5 extra days off (1 Carnival day, 1 Birthday day, and 1.5 days during the Holiday season).
- Flexible remote work options, with one mandatory quarterly meeting in Lisbon.
