About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DORA Project Manager to join our team. As a DORA Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of DORA regulations within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of DORA regulation and project management technical skills. You will be able to understand security requirements, IT systems, and cyber security risks, and apply knowledge of security to ensure the rollout of the DORA project.

You will coordinate actions between different stakeholders and integrate all stakeholders in the different steps of the project through committee and communication. You will also communicate DORA project status to all through committee, SharePoint, emails, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge in DORA regulation
  • Project management technical skills
  • General knowledge of IT and IT security
  • Ability to understand security requirements, IT systems, and cyber security risks, and apply knowledge of security
  • Ensure the DORA project rollout (technical implementation and communications)
  • Coordinate actions between different stakeholders
  • Integrate all stakeholders in the different steps of the project through committee and communication
  • Communicate DORA project status to all through committee, SharePoint, emails, etc.
  • Provide support for technical and business teams in understanding DORA requirements and their implementation
  • Report on the deployment of DORA requirements
  • Be the point of contact for business, technical teams, CISOs, etc.

Requirements

  • Sr. experience as DORA Project Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with remote team members
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
