The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for administrative activities and support to the Direct and Indirect central procurement functions in line with the Service Line Agreement requirements. The jobholder will report to the Head of Procurement Services in the Airbus GBS organization.
Main responsibilities include:
- Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement tools.
- Launch and follow-up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as needed.
- Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events.
- Audit and track Data Management Group Requests so the business can continue to flow accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers & data management group at Airbus Helicopters Inc.
Requirements:
- The jobholder will have up to 5 years of work experience.
- In terms of Hard skills, the jobholder will ideally bring experience in administration tasks and knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal. French and/or German would be a plus.
