The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible execution of projects and processes, working closely with other engineering disciplines and operations teams to achieve project objectives.
About the Position:
- Develop and optimize chemical processes for the extraction, refining, and transport of oil and gas;
- Conduct tests and analyze data to monitor the quality of products and processes, implementing adjustments as necessary to maintain industry standards;
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and operations teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements;
- Maintain accurate records of chemical processes, tests, and analyses, preparing detailed reports for management and regulatory bodies;
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development;
- Lead or support chemical engineering projects from concept to implementation, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
