Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate maintenance teams to achieve optimal performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with supervision and other departments to develop and implement maintenance plans, adhering to safety standards and regulations
  • Oversee regular inspections to ensure maintenance teams follow correct procedures and maintain high-quality services
  • Organize trainings and workshops for technicians to ensure they are up-to-date with best practices and maintenance procedures
  • Monitor performance and provide continuous feedback and suggestions for improvement

Requirements:

  • Higher education in mechanical or electrical engineering
