Responsibilities:
- Tour Operations: Ensure seamless execution and high-quality experiences for our customers.
- Partner Development: Foster strong relationships with local businesses to enhance our tours.
- Team Management: Lead a team of guides, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Scheduling: Coordinate tour and guide schedules across multiple cities.
Requirements:
- Strong background in tourism or hospitality, preferably with experience managing multi-city operations.
- In-depth knowledge of the food, beverage, and cultural scene in Barcelona, Lisbon, and Madrid.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with additional languages a plus.
