The Development of Mobility Solutions area is part of the Smart Mobility Department, which has as its main objective the development of new products and services for electric mobility. Leveraging an ecosystem of strategic partners, we capture local and global business opportunities enhanced by the growth of the electric vehicle market.

This role will focus on identifying and evaluating market trends to ensure the evolution and improvement of our portfolio. You will monitor customer feedback on existing products and technological developments that can contribute to the development of new mobility products and services. Additionally, you will contribute to the definition of our mobility solution portfolio, supporting strategic recommendations in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing pilot projects to test new charging solutions
- Planning and developing complex product projects, with multidisciplinary teams, including internal and external stakeholders
- Defining and implementing the customer experience throughout their lifecycle for mobility products and services
- Monitoring and reporting the status of different projects, ensuring timings, objectives, and results are fulfilled
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams, effectively launching new products and services on the Iberian market
- Proposing a sales, pricing, and promotion plan for products and services to the marketing and sales teams in various segments
To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or similar. You should have minimum 4-6 years of experience in project management, valued in electrical projects. Consulting experience in areas such as Business, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Technology Strategy is a plus.
