About the Role
- Design and deliver high-quality marketing assets, including social media visuals, landing pages, ads, and email templates, in line with Blum's brand identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align creative outputs with strategic goals.
- Utilize marketing metrics and performance data to refine and optimize designs for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop concepts and visuals that resonate with target audiences, particularly in the web3 and crypto spaces.
- Maintain consistency in design language across all marketing channels and materials.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep Blum's marketing fresh and competitive.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to overall brand growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Designer or similar role, ideally in the web3/crypto industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Familiarity with using analytics tools and marketing metrics to inform design decisions.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and user engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
