About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Services infrastructure team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining modern workplace technologies to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary technical contact for key technical areas, coordinating with stakeholders and colleagues as required.
- Contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of IT initiatives, focusing on automation and efficiency.
- Configure tools to automate the provisioning, testing, and deployment of infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Produce and own system and infrastructure designs, policies, and documentation, promoting best practices and standards.
- Provide reports and proposals for improvements to colleagues and stakeholders, driving decision-making across different teams and disciplines.
- Actively contribute to the development of other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Office 365.
- Strong understanding of virtualization techniques, device management, and deployment methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365, are advantageous.
