We are seeking a highly skilled Italian language moderator to join our team at Apply2Day.
As an Italian Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of content on our platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to review and approve or reject content submissions, including comments, videos, images, and posts, in accordance with our client's policies and guidelines.
You will also be responsible for monitoring user interactions and taking action against violations, such as issuing warnings or bans.
In addition, you will collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure consistent moderation policies and understand client requirements.
To succeed in this role, you must have a native or near-native fluency in Italian (C1-C2 level) and a very good command of English (B2 level).
You should also possess strong phone contact handling skills, active listening abilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including 14 salaries per year, an extra bonus based on performance appraisal, healthcare benefits, and numerous discounts.
