Pentest Service Delivery Officer - Cybersecurity Expert

The Pentest Service Delivery Officer - Cybersecurity Expert ensures the successful execution of ongoing pentest campaigns. This role involves performing audits and reporting to top management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pentest services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of an annual pentest roadmap and perform regular follow-ups on ongoing pentests.
  • Validate the pentest roadmap with relevant stakeholders and prepare for pentest realization.
  • Communicate with responsible entities regarding the capacity of the Pentest delivery team to perform pentests and gather feedback from Ethical Hacking Specialists.
  • Serve as a point of contact for ad-hoc pentest requests and formalize a weekly reporting process for ongoing pentests.
  • Identify regulatory requirements that may necessitate pentest services and report alerts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), JIRA or similar tool, Structure and Conduct an Internal Audit, Cybersecurity (general knowledge in cybersecurity risks, frameworks, and requirements), Regulatory (general knowledge in IT and cybersecurity regulators framework), IT knowledge (global knowledge of IT, its major processes, and assets & solutions), English (fluent).
  • Soft skills: Communication skills – oral & written, Ability to synthetize/simplify, Organizational skills, Ability to collaborate/teamwork.
