Hi Fly is a leading provider of wet lease solutions for airlines worldwide, operating an Airbus fleet of A330 and A340 aircraft.
The demand for wet lease services continues to grow, with airlines seeking reliable, safe, and efficient solutions. In response, Hi Fly's fleet is expanding with new widebody additions in the coming months.
To support this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Procurement Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
The Procurement and Logistics Department is at the heart of our operational efficiency, serving as the strategic hub for the seamless flow of goods and materials essential to our operations. Our team ensures the procurement of goods at competitive prices, proper quantities, and volumes. With a focus on real-time operational control and effective management of the entire supply chain, mirroring the diligence required in aviation. As a critical function within the organization, the team actively engages in proactive measures to improve purchasing processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Procurement and Logistics Director with the procurement of all direct goods and equipment needed;
- Supervise the purchase of correct goods and materials at a competitive price and proper quantities/volumes;
- Collaborate with the Procurement and Logistics Director to report regularly on goods purchased and inventory levels to inform future purchasing decisions;
- Report monthly savings achieved by the Purchasing Team;
- Work with the Procurement and Logistics Director to identify opportunities to improve the purchasing process and reduce waste;
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with all company areas;
- Attend finance, operational, and maintenance meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel;
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Effective time management and organization skills;
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €45,000 per annum, plus benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
