As a finance graduate, you'll be part of our esteemed Graduate Development Programme, 'Yours to Shape', fostering a career that truly matters.
Within our Finance Stream, you'll contribute to various aspects of the business, gaining exposure to financial operations, reporting, and analysis. Your tasks may include:
- Financial Support: Assist the Accountant with daily activities, inquiries, and financial tasks.
- Administrative Functions: Provide support to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare credit reports, contribute to weekly sales reporting and analysis, and support month-end financial activities.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct manufacturing variance analysis, assist with maintaining the General Ledger, Cost Centres, and allocations.
Our Recruitment Process:
We employ a multi-stage process to identify top talent:
- Online Application Form: Submit your application through our portal.
- Psychometric Test: Complete Arctic Shores' task-based assessments if shortlisted.
- Video Interview: Showcase your skills and personality in a short video interview.
- Virtual Assessment Centre: Participate in a group exercise, individual presentation, and competency-based interview.
Candidate Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be within 12 months of graduation and available to start by September 2025.
- Hold no more than 12 months of work experience (excluding university placements).
- Be eligible to live and work permanently in Portugal.
- Possess a Degree and/or Master's in a relevant discipline (e.g., Finance, Accounting).
- Have excellent verbal and written English skills, as well as fluency in Portuguese.
