Your Role

Job Description

In our R&D department, we are looking for a skilled Software Developer Lead to join our agile team. This team is responsible for developing our framework for intralogistics projects. In this role, you will support the team in concept development, modeling, and programming in C#.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our framework for intralogistics projects using C# and agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize features and improvements to our framework.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by participating in code reviews, providing feedback, and sharing knowledge.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that our framework meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our framework and processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for our framework and contribute to the overall knowledge base of the team.
  • Support the team in the implementation of new technologies and tools to improve our development process and framework.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our framework.
  • Collaborate with our Quality Assurance team to ensure that our framework meets our quality standards.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of our team's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture by promoting open communication, respect, and empathy among team members.
  • Support the team in the development of our company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Requirements
    • 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C# and agile methodologies.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or comparable qualification.
    • Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and prioritize features and improvements to our framework.
    • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our framework and processes.
    • Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Azure DevOps.
    • Strong knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL-Server.
    • Experience with C# and knowledge of other programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
    • Experience with version control systems such as Git and SVN.
    • Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as JUnit, NUnit, and Selenium.
    • Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, and Circle CI.
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
    • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
