About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled LQA Project Manager to join our global QA Leadership Team and contribute to the successful execution of multiple LQA projects.

You'll be responsible for overseeing these projects, ensuring their timely delivery and adherence to the highest quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our Studio LQA Management Team to create comprehensive Test Plans;
  • Defining project budgets, forecasting staff plans, and developing effective test strategies;
  • Managing project resources and staffing to ensure timely delivery and superior quality standards;
  • Delegating critical tasks to Project Coordinators while continuously seeking improvements;
  • Identifying and analyzing project-related problems and devising creative solutions;
  • Performing administrative duties, including reporting project performance, staffing, recruitment, training, feedback, quality, and other critical metrics;
  • Liaising with internal departments and global studios to ensure consistency, coherence, and resource allocation;
  • Assisting the global sales team in delivering estimated project quotations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English, particularly in reading, writing, and reporting;
  • Extensive experience in Quality Assurance or Localization roles as a Project Lead, Coordinator, QA Lead, or similar;
  • Able to deliver presentations, town hall meetings, and motivational talks to multiple project teams;
  • Previous experience managing projects for both short and long iterations;
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a multilingual global team;
  • Excellent attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
