We're seeking a motivated individual to serve as the Scrum Master for one or more development teams, guiding them through the Agile process and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Technical Team Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
Key responsibilities include removing obstacles and ensuring the team works efficiently without interruptions, promoting transparency, communication, and collaboration among team members, and monitoring team performance to provide regular feedback for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master, in-depth knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of the Scrum framework, and exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and situational leadership skills.
