About the Role
As a Content Moderator with Minacs, you will play a vital part in ensuring our client's social media platform adheres to the highest standards of content quality. You will review and moderate content, ensuring it meets the required guidelines.

Responsibilities
• Review and moderate content to guarantee adherence to platform guidelines
• Monitor user behavior and enforce policies effectively
• Analyze moderation reports and make accurate decisions
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, fluent in German and intermediate English. You should be able to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment and possess critical reasoning skills. Experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus.
