We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Hovione. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing an enterprise technology landscape, ensuring that it meets the strategic business goals of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a good ability to collaborate and guide stakeholders at all levels, with broad technical expertise and a deep understanding of business and compliance requirements. They will be responsible for developing high-level architectural designs and roadmaps aligned to business needs, as well as assessing the current structure and new technologies to evaluate their innovation capacity.

This role requires a strong ability to work cross-functionally to guide solution designs and resolve roadblocks, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of mentoring technical teams and creating standards across projects.
