Job Description
We're looking for a skilled User Interface Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality user interfaces for our web applications.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Design BA to design and develop user interfaces
• Conduct UX research and analysis to inform design decisions
• Create prototypes and test them with users to ensure a seamless experience
• Work closely with the development team to implement designs and resolve any issues that arise

Requirements
Hard skills: Figma knowledge, including components, features, libraries, and design systems on an advanced level
Board collaboration/mind mapping tools experience (we use FigJam)
Deep knowledge of HCD, UCD, and other methodologies
Experience in usability testing and analytics tools
Knowledge of WCAG
Can perform discovery and research to define the project concept and its UX architecture
Optional: UI animation experience
Optional: code-based prototype tools experience will be a plus (e.g., Framer)

Soft Skills
Be ready to share and follow the team's values and principles
Ability to independently fulfill tasks, make informed decisions, and take responsibility for them
Provide meaningful reasoning for the design solutions
Make and receive productive feedback according to nonviolent communication principles
Passionate to learn and try new ideas
Be flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced environment
Be proactive, positive, and upbeat, with a sense of ownership

Portfolio Requirements
A portfolio with strong visual cases (4+ complicated web applications - SaaS, CRM, ERP, admin, dashboards etc.) is compulsory (we need it beforehand, but in case of NDA, you may show it on the call).
Languages: English: at least Upper-Intermediate (B2, all of our clients speak English, and our designers often participate in conversations)
Fluent Ukrainian
