Treasury Manager Role Overview

The Global Treasury Strategist will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of global treasury strategies to optimize cash flow, minimize risk, and maximize returns. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain strong relationships with global banking partners, optimize bank account structures, and implement global cash pooling and hedging programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global banking relationships and negotiate optimal banking fees.
  • Develop and implement global treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with tax and accounting teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of cash flows.
  • Optimize debt covenant compliance and maintain accurate monthly reporting.
  • Establish a corporate foreign currency hedging program to mitigate FX exposure.
  • Develop and implement a global treasury compliance program to ensure effective KYC management.
