About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with a team of moderators to maintain high standards of content quality and safety. Your primary responsibility will be to review various types of content, including text, images, videos, and audio, to verify adherence to our community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Screening User-Generated Content: You will review a wide variety of user-generated content (such as videos, images, text, and audio) to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Content Review: Perform detailed assessments of content to confirm its alignment with established processes, policies, and safety standards.
- Monitoring Comments and Appeals: Oversee user comments and handle appeals, addressing concerns raised by the community to maintain a positive environment.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Partner with fellow moderators to deliver high-quality, effective content moderation services.
- Supporting 24/7 Shift Rotation: Participate in a rotating shift schedule to provide continuous support and uphold platform integrity at all times.
