About the Project
The project focuses on next-generation, off-the-shelf, non fratricide-directed CAR immunotherapy for relapse/refractory T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. This innovative research aims to improve cancer treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities
As a research fellow, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing bioprocesses for CAR-T cell manufacturing, including lentiviral transduction protocols and analytics for characterization of cells. You will also work closely with our team to identify and develop new methodologies for CAR-T cell characterization.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
- Experience in mammalian or human stem cell culture techniques, lentiviral transduction protocols, and analytics for characterization of cells.
- Strong knowledge of bioprocess development and optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
