The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities while building strong client relationships.
In this role, you'll work on your own initiative to analyze and screen several documents and CVs from candidates, getting in contact with them to check information and their motivation.
We're looking for someone who is fluent in Dutch and English, with a passion for the human resources field. You should demonstrate a passion for customer service, experience, and determination to provide a complete solution. Responsibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness are essential, as well as the ability and strong motivation to work from home.
Your commitment to a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail will ensure that our clients receive the best possible service. Effective time management strategy, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and balance the workload, is also crucial. Proficiency in the use of the Office software package is required.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze and screen several documents and CVs from candidates.
