Job Requirements
  1. Fluent German language skills (B2 level)
  2. Strong focus on customer needs and ability to balance a customer-oriented and results-driven approach
  3. Excellent communication, problem-solving and active listening skills
  4. Able to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Responsibilities
  1. Identify customers' needs to diagnose and resolve problems
  2. Solve customer queries and concerns regarding the company's products as well as deliveries, returns, refunds
  3. Use a multichannel approach to speak with customers (voice, email, social media)
  4. Cross and upsell additional products
  5. Handle calls from customers who have ordered or bought product/s
