Procurement Career Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Tactical Sourcing and Contract Manager to join our Airbus Procurement team in Portugal. This is a unique chance to develop your skills in Tactical Sourcing and Contract Management while contributing to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing Tactical Sourcing activities and Contract Management support for Direct and Indirect procurement functions.
  • Call for Tender (CFT) and supplier selection process management in a fair competition mode and according to Airbus Procurement processes.
  • Support for drafting and negotiation of contracts/generic terms and conditions with suppliers.
  • NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) processing for various projects.
  • Annual release of applicable contractual requirements and documents lists (cARL, cADL) management and launching actions when needed.
  • Deliverables (goods/services) ensuring compliance with contractual terms (cost, time, quality).
  • Long-term alignment of the preferred supplier base with strategic needs of Airbus.
  • Saving targets achievement and reporting in accordance with SLAs.
  • Bundling opportunities optimization to leverage buying power of the Group and contribute to local for global initiatives.
  • Two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in Procurement with growth potential in core countries.
  • Strong ability in Tendering process, Advanced negotiation, Legal/Contracting and SRM (supplier relationship management).
  • Good knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in English and German or French.
  • Easily adaptable to Airbus E2E Procurement tools and familiar with Google suite.
