About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. In this critical role, you will work on a wide range of interesting tasks to actively support the business team in the revenue optimization process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create data analyses and models as a basis for decisions on the further development and optimization of our product offering.
  • Support in the development of the dynamic Ancillary Pricing concept and develop business rules as well as alert systems for price control.
  • Enjoy your creative freedom in developing solution concepts for problems and proactively work with product experts, BI, and the agile development teams to identify suitable data sources, collection methods, and data connections and ensure high data quality.
  • Define A/B tests including set-up and analyze results and derive actions.
  • Actively drive automation processes forward.
  • Communicate and present analytical approaches and results in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
  • Interact regularly with different types of stakeholders from our and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, social sciences, business informatics, economics, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist, and are ideally familiar with the analysis of digital products.
  • Expert context-switcher who thrives in an environment working on numerous different types of projects and tasks each day.
  • Experienced with A/B Test definition, set-up, and especially analysis, used to work with CVR data, MDE, etc.
  • Expert in SQL, Snowflake, and Python are a plus.
  • Familiar with common methods and tools for cleaning and merging different data sources as well as data preparation and visualization.
  • Solid experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical skills and make decisions based on data.
  • Deep-dive mentality and enjoy developing creative solutions to solve problem statements.
  • Strongly driven, self-organized, and highly reliable.
  • Enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Liking working in an international team and contributing to team development.
  • Fluent English, any other language is a plus.
