Customer Service Data and Price Update Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Data and Price Update Manager to join our team in the German market. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer data base updates, ensuring the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, and providing support for system upgrades and implementations related to pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles customer data base updates such as customer master data and pricelist maintenance
- Guarantees the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, targeting to eliminate pricing errors and ensure accurate communication to customers/clients
- Responsible for documenting and maintaining pricing processes
- Responsible for the review and administration of price deviations and exceptions
- Responds to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees as needed
- Effects promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories
- Ensures that prices and specific programs conform to the organization's pricing strategy
- Provides support for system upgrades and implementations related to pricing
- Administers and uploads exceptions for customers price list from customers
- Undertakes ad-hoc pricing analysis as required by superiors
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service with a minimum 1 year in a data maintenance role (Pricing)
- Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives
- Represents the company professionally, ethically, and morally at all times
- Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile preferred
- Excellent mandatory written communication in English + one other European language
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning
- Ability to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and root cause issues
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
- Basic Excel Skills
