About the Role:

  • Provide expert budget forecasting plans to customers, including forecast vs. actuals trends and tracking against plan.
  • Contribute to revenue analysis activities, focusing on revenue actuals and pipeline for account P&L review purposes.
  • Set up, maintain, and optimize complex billing hierarchies for customers, requiring a thorough understanding of customers' IT procurement/accounts payable policies.
  • Active participation in regular customer-facing meetings, typically commercial governance reviews.
  • Organize and facilitate billing workshops, including account setup meetings.
  • Engage in external customer discussions on supportable financial reporting and associated formats.
  • Manage and track customer purchase orders, including input into requisition and purchase order processes for procuring services from the supply chain members.
  • Participate in annual account reviews with customers, discussing current prices and proposing changes due to efficiencies experienced.
  • Review financial management processes with customers, documenting billing protocol procedures with version control.
  • Support complex invoice formatting, requiring detailed knowledge of delivered services, products, inventory, and customer procurement policy.
  • Supervise auxiliary FMs assigned to the account as part of the global financial management support model.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional reports to senior management for historical analysis, account status, and forecasting purposes.

About You:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (C1).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Microsoft Teams experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer problems and develop solutions.
  • Previous experience (4-6 years) in sales/customer service/relationship management.
