Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our research staff, you will be responsible for coordinating translational research studies from participant recruitment to data collection and analysis. Your clinical expertise and research experience will ensure the integrity and confidentiality of study data, while your excellent communication skills will facilitate collaboration with investigators, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate research studies, including participant recruitment, enrollment, and retention
- Administer study protocols and interventions according to established procedures and guidelines
- Collect and record accurate data, ensuring integrity and confidentiality throughout the research process
- Monitor participants for adverse events and report concerns to the research team
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
- Clinical research experience
- An understanding of research methodologies, ethical principles, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
