The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning and consulting, with experience in the Financial Services sector and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for defining and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans that align with the company's overall vision and goals;
  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to the ELT and senior leadership team;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes;
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with strategic initiatives;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging issues.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Finance);
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning and consulting, preferably in the Financial Services sector;
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Fluency in English; fluency in German, French, and/or Spanish is considered a significant plus.
