Tooling Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Tooling Coordinator to join our team at Nordex Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lifting equipment, tools, and containers.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Procure and manage inventory of lifting equipment, tools, containers, and racks
• Coordinate inspections and activities with service providers for transport racks, tools, and lifting equipment
• Proactively identify and address potential supply shortages
• Drive and coordinate the global rental process for transport racks, tools, and lifting equipment
• Report on inventory levels of lifting equipment, tools, containers, and racks

Your Profile

• Studies in business administration, supply chain management, or industrial engineering, or several years of experience in a comparable position
• High technical affinity and strong organizational skills
• Experience in material planning and operational procurement is an advantage
• Ability to work in an international team and communicate effectively
• Strong motivation and commitment, with a high degree of drive and personal responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with knowledge of module MM
• Excellent knowledge of English, with German language skills an advantage
• Team and customer orientation, with strong communication skills
• Will to travel between company locations in DE-Hamburg, DE-Rostock, and ES-Pamplona
