We're seeking a seasoned Search Engine Optimization Specialist to lead our SEO and SEA efforts, driving business growth through effective online marketing strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, as well as improving organic search performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Owning both SEO and SEA strategies and execution.
- Managing and optimizing paid search campaigns (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.).
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing SEO/SEA performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Improving website ranking on SEO by analyzing and recommending on-site SEO issues such as metadata, content structure, internal linking, etc., as well as off-site SEO (e.g., backlinks, domain authority, etc.).
- Working with website design and development to improve technical SEO (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, etc.).
- Conducting keyword research and implementing ongoing keyword optimization for both paid and organic efforts.
- Optimizing the website, landing pages, and on-site content for search visibility and conversions.
- Developing and executing link-building strategies.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROI) and managing budget allocation and bidding strategies.
- Researching competitors' SEO and SEA activities and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating with the rest of the marketing team to improve site architecture, content, and technical SEO.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and SEA. You should be well-versed in tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and have experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
