We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Buscojobs Portugal. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's products comply with all relevant chemical labeling regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) using specialized software.
2. Ensure compliance with chemical labeling regulations and standards.
3. Monitor legislative changes affecting products and advise on their impact.
4. Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
5. Lead a team of regulatory professionals, delegating tasks and responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 5+ years' experience in regulatory affairs, specifically in chemical industries.
2. Proven expertise in SDS preparation and chemical labeling.
3. Strong team management and leadership experience.
4. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with diplomacy and tact.
5. Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical regulatory affairs, team management, and excellent client relationship skills. We offer a competitive salary of €32,500 - €42,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
