As a Talent Acquisition Lead - Tech, you will develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top-tier talent for Technical roles. You will build and maintain relationships with technical leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and drive proactive talent strategies. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes and provide regular updates on pipeline health and recruitment metrics.
This role requires a deep understanding of the tech industry, with expertise in identifying and attracting top-tier talent through creative sourcing methods. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and leveraging data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies. In addition, you will need to be skilled at building strong relationships with technical leaders and stakeholders, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience, and staying informed on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top-tier talent for Technical roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with technical leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and drive proactive talent strategies.
- Source and engage diverse talent through creative methods, including LinkedIn, networking events, talent pools, referrals, and other industry-specific platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes and provide regular updates on pipeline health and recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Technical roles in a high-growth tech environment. Previous agency experience is highly preferred.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers, with strong consultative and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to improve recruitment strategies, assess pipeline health, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent Sword Health's mission and values to candidates.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting software.
