This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to the improvement and standardization of critical data privacy and protection frameworks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement the CIB Central Control Library by transposing relevant Generic Control Libraries and creating Local Control Plans in accordance with the Group's risk management framework.
- Coordinate the deployment and execution of controls across different control owners and executioners, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain alignment of the Control framework with LOD2 ITP and ECB recommendations to meet regulatory expectations.
- Promote the standardization of the Control framework by supporting regional teams in deploying their local frameworks.
- Provide subject matter expertise on control plan methodology to mitigate privacy and non-privacy risks related to the department's activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point (MS Office Suite).
- Fluent/Mastery level in English (written and spoken).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives.
- Ability to synthesize and simplify complex information for stakeholders.
- Understanding of law and regulatory compliance related to data privacy and protection.
