Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supply Chain Manager to join our team at TN Portugal. This role is critical in ensuring the successful management of clinical supply chain projects, including the development and optimization of the Clinical Trial Supplies department and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement clinical trial supply chain strategies aligned with project objectives.
  • Develop and manage demand forecasts and packaging plans to meet project requirements.
  • Oversee packaging campaigns with assigned vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage study assigned Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for efficient inventory management.
  • Design and execute distribution plans with vendor collaboration.
  • Ensure timely delivery of trial materials through proactive work practices.
  • Track and control project budgets to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with assigned training and apply learnings to practice.
  • Stay updated on GxP and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a science or business field (optional).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Clinical Trials.
  • 2-3 Years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management.
  • Familiarity with IRT systems.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English language proficiency.
