Job Summary:

The Department Coordinator Assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, including receiving and directing incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email, maintaining files and records, and arranging business travel and meeting arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to employees or groups in the organization.
  • Screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
